About Us

In 1996, Outspan Concrete Structures LTD was founded. The founding partners being Larry Morra, Manuel Da Cunha, and Jose Goncalves. These three partners combined had decades of solid experience in the forming sector.
The corporate office and field operating structure was that Larry was president and manager, and the other partners are field operations and supervisors.
The initial work comprised of ICI and Residential Sector Projects. The past decade has seen The Outspan Group create new opportunities in more specialized projects, such as Water Purification and Waste Treatment Plants, Infrastructures, subway projects, and heavy construction.
The beginning years saw a steady growth of the company not only in the number of projects but also in project size and complexity and specialization.

As projects size grew a number of Project Managers and Foreman/Supervisors were brought aboard the team to organize the day to day works. The increasing project specific requirements for quality control, safety and administration steadily increased the need and integration between our Estimators/Coordinators and Field Staff.

In 2014, Manuel Da Cunha passed away to cancer and today we have the two remaining working partners.

As all-ways our goals have remained true to our core and commitment to deliver to those who we are working for/the final owners of the projects; Quality Workmanship, Fairness and on Schedule.

The Outspan Group mission is to continue to work with its partners, employees/Unions and the Public in a progressive manner.
